Friday’s edition of The Brunswick News reports the JWSC roundly applauded their recent Gloucester property sale for $400,000. In 2010 they bought it for $615,000 and spent $228,000 for asbestos abatement.

Do the math and explain why they were applauding; having LOST $443,000 on this sale. Are we missing something? Aren’t we due an explanation?
