Several weeks ago, my husband and I were on Riverside Drive when we had a flat tire.

My husband proceeded to take out the jack from the trunk, and soon after, a BPD patrol with Officer Ed Hall showed up, and he immediately insisted on changing the tire for us. Many thanks to Officer Hall for taking his time to help us out. It was very much appreciated.
