Patricia Ann Clinch Alston, of Snellville, Ga., and formerly of Brunswick, passed away peacefully March 12, 2017.

A memorial service will be held today at Saint Philip A.M.E. Church, 240 Candler Road, SE, Atlanta, Ga. The homegoing celebration will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Zion Baptist Church, 2450 Buck Swamp Road, Brunswick, with interment to follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Eulonia.

Viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.

She is survived by her husband Esau Alston Sr.; children, LaSonja Alston (Oscar) Burgess, Esau Alston Jr. and Lemuel Alston, all of Snellville; siblings, James E. (Elouise) Clinch Jr., Curtis Clinch, Joyce Handy and Roderick Clinch, all of Brunswick, Eunice (Ervin) Dix of Washington, D.C., and Eleanor Hutton of Fort Washington, Md.; and other relatives.

Darien Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
