Mr. and Mrs. Rooks in 1959

Jerome Rooks and Sarah Underwood were united in marriage on Oct. 5, 1959, at Sterling Church of God in Brunswick.

Mr. Rooks worked as a carpenter, and has retired. Mrs. Rooks was a homemaker.

The couple has three children Leslie (Barbara) Rooks of Brunswick; Becky (Larry) Stokers of Hortense; and Leon (Krissy) Rooks of Hortense. They have three grandchildren.

The couple resides in Brunswick.
