The Literary Guild of St. Simons Island will host Coffee with the Author presenting Sonny Seals and the Historical Rural Churches of Georgia at 10:30 a.m. in room 108 of the Casino building on St. Simons Island. St. Simons Pilates and Yoga, 400 Ocean Dr., Suite 1102, will host several fitness classes with all of the proceeds going to charity. They include a $25 cardio reformer (Pilates) class from 1 to 1:30 p.m.; a $5 mat Pilates class from 1:45 to 2:15 p.m. and a $5 yoga class from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the studio.
