ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LEIN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, having dimensions of 180 by 159 feet and being further described as beginning at a point on the Southerly line of S Street in said City with the Easterly line of Norwich Street and running thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Norwich Street for a distance of 180 feet to a point, thence running at right angles to the last described line and in an Easterly direction for a distance of 159 feet to a point, thence running at right angles to the last described fine and in a Northerly direction for a distance of 180 feet to a point on the Southerly line of S Street, thence running in a Westerly direction along the Southerly fine of S Street a distance of 159 feet to the point of beginning. Said described tract or parcel of land consists of NEW TOWN LOTS NUMBERED 2330, 2331, 2332, 2333, 2334, 2335, 2336 AND 2337 in the said City of Brunswick, according to the well-known maps and plans of said City, and also a portion of land having dimensions of 5 feet by 120 feet, being an abandoned alley and lying directly to the East of said New Town Lots Numbered 2332, 2333, 2334 and 2335, and directly West of said New Town Lot Numbered 2337. Glynn County Tax Parcel No.: 01-04690 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 6th day of July 2020. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated August 4, 2015. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3486, Page 394. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 pm on or before July 6, 2020 or thirty (30) days after legal service of this Notice pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45, whichever is later.
