Page, G.R.S. No. 793, dated November 20, 1961, and designated as "PROPERTY OF WILTON TYSON ESTATE", said plat being of record in the Office of the Clerk of Glynn County Superior Court in Deed Book 14-E, Page 130, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the southerly right of way of Buck Swamp Road, said point being on the dividing line between Tract Number 2 and 3 on said plat and from said point proceeding north 49 degrees west and along the southerly line of Buck Swamp Road for a distance of 96.6 feet to a point which marks the point of beginning; thence running south 41 degrees 50 minutes west for a distance of 300 feet to a point; thence running north 49 degrees west and parallel to Buck Swamp Road for a distance of 97 feet to a point; thence running north 41 degrees 50 minutes east fort a distance of 300 feet to a point on the southerly line of Buck Swamp Road; thence running south 49 degrees east along the said line of Buck Swamp Road for a distance of 97 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel I.D. # 02-01925 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of March 2020. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July 2014. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3329, Page 46.
