Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property currently identified as 1139 Emanuel Church Road, Brunswick, Georgia 31523, Glynn County Tax Parcel I.D. No. 03-11428, to wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, shown and identified according to a plat of survey prepared by Gene Pettigrew, dated March 18, 1988, entitled, “A Portion of Parcel 2 of the Mary G. Mack Estate”, as being 1 acre, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Northwestern line of C.C. (sic) Road, 1.53 miles from Buckswamp Road, and from said point of beginning running North 38 degrees, 09' West a distance of 245.92 feet, thence running North 86 degrees, 37' East a distance 431.25 feet, to said northwestern line of CC (sic) Road, thence running along said northwestern line South 51 degrees, 51' West a distance of 354.26 feet to said point of beginning. Reference is hereby made to said plat of survey, copy of which is recorded at Deed Book 30-M, Page 155, Glynn County, Georgia records. There is excepted from the above described tract that portion of said tract described and conveyed in that certain Right of Way Deed dated September 7, 1993 between Brunswick Floors, Inc. and Glynn County, Georgia, recorded in Deed Book 49-D, Page 308, Glynn County, Georgia records. Reference is hereby made to said deed and the plat attached thereto for purposes of description and identification of the property excluded from the above-referenced 1 acre tract. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated February 4, 2020 and is recorded on March 6, 2020 in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4168, Page 491.
