SANDERS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INC dated June 22, 2004, filed for record June 30, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 1453, Page 287, GLYNN County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CAPITOL FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3557, Page 383, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated June 22, 2004 in the original principal sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($600,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2019, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE G. M. D. 25, ST. SIMONS ISLAND IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, SHOWN AND DESCRIBED AS LOT NUMBER 10, PARCEL 5A, ON A PLAT CAPTIONED PARCEL 5A, THE ENCLAVE AT SEA PALMS WEST, SURVEYED FOR BAY FINANCIAL CORPORATION, BY GEORGE P. UNDERWOOD, JR. & ASSOCIATES, INC. AND CERTIFIED BY ROBERT N. SHUPE, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 2224, DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1992 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT DRAWER 22, AS MAP NO. 48.
