By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from John E. Roberts and Felicia Roberts, to Bank Of America, N.A dated March 24, 2005, filed for record March 28, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 1632, at Page 443, Glynn County, Georgia Records, and last assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for BCAT 2017-1977, by Assignment of Security Deed recorded on June 26, 2018, in Deed Book 3907, at Page 1-2, Glynn County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated March 24, 2005 in the original principal sum of SIXTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00/100 Dollars ($61,750.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold before the Courthouse door at Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on , the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
