STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Julian John Panek to Wells Fargo Bank, NA dated February 23, 2012, and recorded in Deed Book 2967, Page 302, Glynn County Records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $174,750.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, November 6, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: The following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according of the map and plan of "Country Club Park", made by Atwood M. Freeman, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, date July 10, 1956, of record in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, originally filed in plat drawer No. 4, map no. 115, as lot Number two (2), Block A, Country Club Park Subdivision, reference being hereby expressly made to said recorded map and plan of Country Club Park Subdivision for a more particular and detailed description of said lot. Assessor's Parcel No: 03-01231 Said property is known as 104 Club Drive, Brunswick, GA 31525, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any. Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, whether or not now due and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority, any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
