BEETEM, dated April 1, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 3140, page 245, in the Office of the Clerk of Glynn County, Georgia Superior Court, in the principal amount of $98,500.00, there will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the courthouse doors of Glynn County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in December, December 4, 2018, by Jane S.
