NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF GLYNN By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Hazen W Danforth and Jennifer L Danforth to BAHS, a division of Bank of America, FSB, dated April 29, 1996 and recorded on May 6, 1996 in Deed Book 63M, Page 217, and re-recorded on 06/07/1996, in Deed Book 64C, Page 102 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Fifty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Four and 17/100 dollars ($58,164.17) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to U.S. Bank Trust National Association as trustee for Towd Point Master Funding Trust 2017-PM18, recorded in Deed Book 4055, Page 290, aforesaid records, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2019, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1356th G.M. District, Glynn County, Georgia known as Lot 2, Valerie Subdivision, Block A, Phase I as shown on that plat of survey by Ralph E. Lackey, Georgia Registered Surveyor #1635, entitled "Valerie Subdivision, Phase I", dated September 7, 1993 and recorded in Plat Cabinet 22, Slide 170 in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Glynn County, Georgia, and is incorporated as part of this description for all intents and purposes. TOGETHER WITH that certain 1996 27 x 66 Horton Summitt mobile home, serial I.D. # H130078GL&R. Said property may more commonly be known as 124 Sarah Drive, Brunswick, GA 31525. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
