NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF GLYNN THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Jean E. Arnold to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated December 20, 2004 and recorded on December 23, 2004 in DEED Book 1571, Page 479, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($60,800.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to Ditech Financial LLC by assignment, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2019, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, and in that certain subdivision known as Magnolia Park Subdivision, according to a map and plat of said subdivision made by John H.
