CAROLYN HORRIGAN to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A, recorded on July 5, 2011 in Deed Book 2878 at Page 151 Glynn County, Georgia records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated June 13, 2011, in the amount of $146,112.00, and said Note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Glynn County, Georgia, on June 4, 2019 the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 1356TH DISTRICT, G.M., GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, DESIGNATED AND SHOWN UPON THE COMPOSITE MAP AND PLAN OF NORTHWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, MADE BY E.W.
