Ferra and Paul Ferra to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC, its successors and assigns dated 1/7/2004 and recorded in Deed Book 1337 Page 224 Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as successor in interest to all permitted successors and assigns of The JP Morgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-BC2, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $106,200.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on December 3, 2019 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being In the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to a plat of survey of said subdivision by Atwood M. Freeman, Georgia Registered Surveyor, dated January 13, 1954, and filed In the Office of the Clerk of Glynn Superior Court In Plat Drawer 2 as Plat No. 55, and according to a plat of survey by Ralph E. Lackey & Associates, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 1635, dated June 29, 1988, as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED FIVE (5) IN SECTION THREE (3), SOUTH UNION STREET SUBDIVISION, CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, being more particularly described as follows: On the West 72.51 feet by the eastern line of Greer Drive; on the North 122.50 feet by the Southern line of Lot No. 6 in said subdivision; on the East 75.20 feet by the western line of Lot No. 3 of said subdivision; and on the South 122.81 feet by the northern line of Lot No. 4 in said subdivision.
