NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by John David Beck and Lisa Beck to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc dated 12/17/2008 and recorded in Deed Book 2520 Page 207 Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Carlsbad Funding Mortgage Trust, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 143,500.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on January 02, 2019 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being on Blythe Island, in the 27th G.M. Underwood, Jr., Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 1927, dated November 16, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the lots hereby described being all of Lot 3, containing according to said Underwood survey 28. 283 square feet, and all of Lot 2 as resurveyed by Underwood, containing according to said Underwood survey 25,055 square feet, as follows, to-wit: beginning at a concrete monument located on the southwesterly right-of-way line of Blythe Island Drive at the point of intersection of said right-of-way line with the boundary line between Lots 1 and 2 in said Pine Knoll Subdivision, and from said concrete monument running thence along said right-of-way in a northwesterly direction along the arc of a curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 642.42 feet and other curve data as shown on said plat, for a distance of 25.54 feet to a point; thence running south 40 degrees 19 minutes 32 seconds west for a distance of 214.91 foot to a point; thence running north 53 degrees 49 minutes 11 seconds west for a distance of 46.96 feet to a point; thence running north 54 degrees 23 minutes 33 seconds west for a distance of 79.11 feet to a point; thence running north 54 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds east for a distance of 221.86 feet to a point located on said southwesterly right of-way line of Blythe Island Drive; thence running along said right-of-way line in a general northwesterly direction along the arc of a curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 642.42 feet and other curve data as shown on said plat, for a distance of 26.11 feet to a point; thence running south 54 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds, west along the boundary line between Lots 3 and 4 of said Pine Knoll Subdivision for a distance of 441.24 feet to a point; thence running south 31 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds east for a distance of 35.97 feet to a concrete monument; thence running south 62 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds east for a distance of 71.92 feet to a point; thence continuing south 62 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds east for a distance of 128.32 feet to a point; thence running north 40 degrees 19 minutes 32 seconds east along the boundary line, as resurveyed, between Lots Number 1 and 2, for a distance of 187.24 feet to a point; thence running north 40 degrees 19 minutes 32 seconds east along the original lot line between Lots Number 1 and 2 for a distance of 223.36 feet to the concrete monument which marks the point and place of beginning of the tract herein described. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
