NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Bill V Stewart to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primary Capital Mortgage, LLC dated 12/31/2015 and recorded in Deed Book 3530 Page 423 Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 82,478.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on June 05, 2018 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Glynn, State of Georgia, and in that certain subdivision therein well know as and designated as BEVERLY SHORES SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO (2), and described according to a map and plan of said subdivision as made by John H. Ringeling on January 15, 1960 and of record in Plat Drawer 3, Page 64 of the plat records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, as ALL OF LOT NUMBER ELEVEN (11), BLOCK I, OF SAID BEVERLY SHORES SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO (2). Reference is hereby made to said map and plan of said subdivision and the record thereof for all purposes of description. Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants, oil, gas or mineral rights of record, if any.
