AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., dated June 21, 2006, recorded July 3, 2006, in Deed Book 1985, Page 084 (Also see court order recorded in Deed Book 3602, Page 148 and Deed Book 3912, Page 362), Glynn County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($150,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Glynn County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2018, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT CONSTITUTING REAL PROPERTY SITUATE, LYING AND BEING ON ST. CONINE, GEORGIA REGISTERED SURVEYOR NO. 1545, OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT DRAWER 19, AS MAP NO. 1080, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF BROCKINTON POINT CONDOMINIUM DATED APRIL 22, 1985, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN DEED BOOK 25-Z, BEGINNING AT PAGE 346, AND TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF BROCKINTON POINT CONDOMINIUMS PREPARED BY USSERY-RULE ARCHITECTS, P.C.. AND SIGNED BY ROBERT C. USSERY, GEORGIA REGISTERED ARCHITECT NUMBER 3277, OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 895. THE UNIT CONTAINS AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF BROCKINTON POINT CONDOMINIUMS (AS SUCH COMMON AREAS ARE DEFINED IN THE DECLARATION), TOGETHER WITH ALL THE RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE GRANTOR IN AND TO SAID UNIT AND THE APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO UNDER SAID DECLARATION.
