BULLARD to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION dated JULY 14, 2010, and recorded on JULY 21, 2010, in DEED BOOK 2742, PAGE 14, of the GLYNN County, Georgia Records; as last assigned to PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC, by Assignment recorded APRIL 17, 2017 in DEED BOOK 3728, PAGE 167 in aforesaid records; conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO Dollars and 00/100 ($162,172.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the usual and customary location of Sheriff's sales in GLYNN County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in AUGUST, 2018 the following described property: THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF GLYNN, STATE OF GA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 27th G.M. District, Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to a plat of survey prepared by Shupe Surveying Company, PC certified by Gary R. Nevill, GRLS No. 2401, dated October 17, 2006, entitled "Final Plat of GreenCove", and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Cabinet 2, Page 268 A & B, as all of the lot numbered two (2), Greencove Subdivision, Glynn County, Georgia. Reference is hereby made to aforesaid plat and to the record thereof for the purpose of more particularly describing and identifying the location, metes and bounds of the subject property and for all other purposes allowed by law. PARCEL #03-21075 The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments as required by said Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given) and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
