NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given from Henry Shaw and Mary P. Shaw to United Community Banks, Inc dba United Community Mortgage Services, dated 11/03/2008, recorded 11/25/2008 in Deed Book 2508, Page 337, Glynn County, Georgia records, and as modified in Deed Book 3956, Page 449, Glynn County, Georgia records, and as last assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company by virtue of assignment recorded in Deed Book 3961, Page 134, Glynn County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($285,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Wednesday in January 2019 by Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, as Attorney in Fact for Henry Shaw and Mary P. Shaw , all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, and in that subdivision thereof known as SATILLA SHORES SUBDIVISION, described and identified according to a print of a plat of survey entitled ``SATILLA SHORES SUBDIVISION``, and made by R. R. Morris, Registered Surveyor No. 392, and recorded at Plat Drawer 2, Page 45, in the public records of Glynn County, Georgia, and being ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12), OF BLOCK ``B``, Said lot is a rectangular tract of land bounded Northeasterly 125 feet by U.S. Highway 17, Southeasterly 185 feet by Satilla Drive, Southwesterly 125 feet by a 20 foot alley and Northwesterly 185 feet by Lot No. 13 of said Block ``B``.
