NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from ERIC MARSHALL DENNIS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SILVERTON MORTGAGE SPECIALISTS, INC., dated March 15, 2016, recorded March 18, 2016, in Deed Book 3558, Page 232, Glynn County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($149,900.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Glynn County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2018, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AS SHOWN UPON A PLAT OF SURVEY ENTITLED "WILLOW CREEK PLANTATION SUBDIVISION, PHASE TWO, SECTION A", DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1999, PREPARED BY JOHNSON LAND SURVEYORS, CERTIFIED BY CHARLES L. JOHNSON, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 2640, AND BEING RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PLAT DRAWER 25, MAP NO. 78, AS ALL OF LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-NINE (29), PHASE TWO, SECTION A, WILLOW CREEK PLANTATION SUBDIVISION, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA.
