Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by CAROL EMBERY to FIVE STAR CREDIT UNION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH GEORGIA COASTAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION dated November 15, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 3246, Page 382, and later modified on February 3, 2014, which Modification was recorded on August 28, 2014 at Deed Book 3339, Page 472, Glynn County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure three Notes in the amount of Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen Dollars and 23/100 ($494,817.23) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2018 the following described property: SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
