Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Sylvia L. Edwards and Lester J. Edwards to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC, dated 03/29/2006, recorded in Deed Book 1913, Page 346, Glynn County, Georgia records, as last transferred to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS5 by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Glynn County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($59,600.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the usual place for conducting Sheriff's sales in Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May 2018, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 26th G.M. District of Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to a plat survey dated January 11, 1996, prepared by Gary R. Neville, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor Number 2401, and recorded in Deed book 63B, Map No. 171 in the office of the Clerk of Superior court of Glynn County, Georgia, and being more particularly described according to the aforesaid plat as being all of lot numbered Three (3) Block Lettered "B", Glynco Annex Subdivision, Glynn County, Georgia.
