NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Karen Holloway to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for Popular Financial Services, LLC, dated 07/18/2005, recorded in Deed Book 1729, Page 250, Glynn County, Georgia records, as last transferred to The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-C by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Glynn County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($154,400.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the usual place for conducting Sheriff's sales in Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June 2019, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, known as Lot 31, Phase I, Water Crest Subdivision, being more particularly described on that certain plat of survey prepared by Atlantic Survey Professionals, Ernest C. Johns, GRLS #2774, dated February 4, 2004 entitled "Final Plat of Water Crest Subdivision, Phase I", and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Drawer 29, Page 137.
