NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed executed by Amy Denise Lovin, unmarried woman, in favor of HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., on February 26, 2016, said security instrument being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, at Deed BK 3553, Page 324; and subsequently transferred to Georgia Housing and Finance Authority, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $80,514.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2018, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, and in that portion of said city known as "Old Town", described and identified according to the well known maps and plan of said City as the Western one-half of Old Town Lot Number Four Hundred Ninety Seven (497). Said portion of said lot is a rectangle of the dimensions of 90 by 90 feet and is bounded as follows, to-wit: Northerly 90 feet by Albermarle Street, easterly 90 feet by the eastern one-half of said lot, southerly 90 feet by Old Town Lot Number 498 and westerly 90 feet of Albany Street.
