NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER CONTAINED IN SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF Glynn Pursuant to a power of sale contained in a certain security deed executed by Shakeeya Mungin, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to First Bank Mortgage a division of First Bank of Georgia recorded in Deed Book 2904, beginning at page 373, of the deed records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of the aforesaid state and county, and by virtue of a default under the terms of said security deed, and the related note, the undersigned attorney-in-fact for the aforesaid Grantor (which attorney-in-fact is the present holder of said security deed and note secured thereby) will sell at the usual place of conducting Sheriff's sales in said county within the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder on the first Tuesday in November 2019, all property described in said security deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, in Glynn County, Georgia described and identified according to the map and plan of Magnolia Park Subdivision, made by John H. Ringeling, Registered Engineer No. 751, on May 1, 1960 and revised on July 1, 1964, which map is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Drawer 8, Map No. 284, as All of Lot Numbered Eight (8), Block "F", Magnolia Park Subdivision. Reference is hereby made to said plats, said deed and to the record of each for further purposes of description and identification and for all other purposes allowed by law Said legal description being controlling, however, the Property is more commonly known as: 2249 Formosa Circle, Brunswick, GA 31520 Said property will be sold on an "as-is" basis without any representation, warranty or recourse against the above-named or the undersigned.
