NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Under power of sale contained in the Security Deed (the "Deed to Secure Debt") from Mary H. Bostock, dated March 16, 2018 in the original principal amount of $325,000.00, and recorded in Deed Book 3864, Page 72-78, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, and default having been made in payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, the undersigned will sell at public outcry before the Courthouse doors in Glynn County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in October, 2019, being October 1, 2019 between the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, all of the right, title, and interest, including the equity of redemption of said Mary H. Bostock, together with all buildings and improvements existing thereon, if any, and all fixtures, furnishings, and equipment now attached thereto, if any, and intended for use in connection with the occupancy of any buildings, including, but not limited to, plumbing, light fixtures, space heating equipment, air conditioning equipment, hot water heaters, built-in units, awnings and shrubbery, all of which shall be deemed to be fixtures and part of the following property, to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 25th G.M. District, Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to a plat of survey prepared by Shupe Surveying Company, P.C., certified by Robert N. Shupe, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2224, dated June 3, 2014, entitled "Final Plat of: The Reserve at Demere (Phase 2) (G.M.D. 25, St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia)" and being recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Book 32, Page 448, as all of Lot Numbered 1001, The Reserve at Demere, Phase 2. REFERENCE is hereby made to said plat and to the record thereof for all further purposes of description and location. Property Address: 1001 Reserve Lane, St. Simons Island, GA Parcel ID Number: 04-14684 The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Deed to Secure Debt and by law. Notice is being given of the intention to enforce provisions for collection of reasonable attorney's fees pursuant to the terms of the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. The sale will be conducted subject to (1) confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code; (2) final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of the Deed to Secure Debt; and (3) to any unpaid taxes, assessments, easements, protective covenants or restrictions, liens, and other superior matters of record, if any, which may affect said property. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the entities or individuals that may be in possession of the above-described property include Mary H. Bostock.
