NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Under power of sale contained in the Security Deed (the "Deed to Secure Debt") from Mary H. Bostock, dated March 16, 2018 in the original principal amount of $325,000.00, and recorded in Deed Book 3864, Page 72-78, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, and default having been made in payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, the undersigned will sell at public outcry before the Courthouse doors in Glynn County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in October, 2019, being October 1, 2019 between the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, all of the right, title, and interest, including the equity of redemption of said Mary H.
