NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Sabrina Coleman and Geraldine Butler to SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated August 24, 2001, and recorded in Deed Book 0828, Page 555, Glynn County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Fifty Thousand Four Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($50,400.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on October 1, 2019, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, being shown and identified as ALL OF LOT 2 OF CHERRY PLAZA SUBDIVISION, as shown on Plat of Survey of said subdivision, recorded in Plat Drawer 24, Map Number 234, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Reference is hereby made to said plat and the record thereof for all purposes allowed by law. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
