NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: JAMES BAILEY, AND ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, ADMINISTRATORS AND/OR EXECUTORS OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES BAILEY FRANCENIA BAILEY, AND ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND/OR EXECUTORES OF THE ESTATE OF FRANCENIA BAILEY KAREN BAILEY JEFF CHAPMAN, IN HIS CAPACITY AS GLYNN COUNTY TAX COMMISSIONER ALL RESIDENTS/OCCUPANTS/TENANTS ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 3rd Tax District, Glynn County, Georgia, being near Brookman, Georgia, containing 4.17 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described on a plat of survey made by Gene Pettigrew, G.R.S. No 2094, dated June 22, 1992, which plat is recorded at Folio 99, Book 43-E, among the real property records of Glynn County, Georgia, and which is incorporated herein by reference for the location and metes and bounds of said property. Said property is also designated as Map & Parcel #0132 00 000 072. Glynn County Tax Parcel No. 02-01233 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 23rd day of September 2022. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated August 3, 2021. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4541, Page 283. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 pm on or before September 23, 2022 or thirty (30) days after legal service of this Notice pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45, whichever is later.
