Executed in: STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN POWER OF SALE Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Bertha M. Richardson to Marshland Community Federal Credit Union, dated November 16, 2011, securing a promissory note in the original principal amount of $72,000.00, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia at Deed Book 2929, Page 203, there will be sold at public outcry before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in October, 2018, between the legal hours of sale by Marshland Community Federal Credit Union, as attorney-in-fact for Bertha M. Richardson the following described real property to-wit: The land referred to is located in the County of Glynn and the State of Georgia in Deed Book 428, Page 254, and is described as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 26th Georgia Militia District of Glynn County, Georgia, containing six and nine-tenths (6.9) acres, more or less, and being bounded as follows, to-wit: Northerly by the lands now or formerly owned by Doshia Mays, Easterly by the Petersville Road; Southerly by the lands now or formerly owned by Frances Young and Kattie Simon, and Westerly by the lands of Union Bag and Paper Corporation. The lands herein conveyed being the same lands conveyed to Herbert Harris, now deceased, by Warranty Deed from Amanda Gary and Prince Proudfoot, dated Novemmber 23, 1966, and recorded in the General Records of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 13-P, Page 492. Said property will be sold as the property of Bertha M. Richardson to satisfy the indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt, together with interest and penalties due thereon from said date until paid. Said indebtedness is in default and has been declared due and payable in full. The proceeds arising from sale of said property will be applied as provided in said Deed to Secure Debt. Said property will be sold subject to the following: Any and all ad valorem taxes or other assessments owing thereon, and other liens or security deeds which may be superior to said Deed to Secure Debt; all prior restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way or encumbrances; all valid zoning or other laws or ordinances; and matters which would be disclosed by an accurate inspection and survey of the property.
