ALL RESIDENTS/ OCCUPANTS/ TENANTS 8. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 26th District, G.M., Glynn County, Georgia and containing 26.56 acres, more or less, and as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Cabinet 2, Page 295, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. Said property also known as 56 Shipyard Drive. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 01-00182 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of September 2017. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of June 2016. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3595, Page 446, as corrected by that certain scrivener's affidavit recorded in Deed Book 3598, Page 246, in the records of the aforesaid county. The interest obtained in said tax deed being conveyed to Ellen S. Falkner, the Trustee of The Ellen S. Falkner Living Trust, by that certain deed dated July 5, 2016 and being recorded in the aforesaid records in Deed Book 3608, Page 284. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on September 13, 2017.
