STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Marta L. Quesada and Aldo J. Quesada to Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation dated April 23, 1997, and recorded in Deed Book 234, Page 40, Glynn County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1997-3, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $47,040.05, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, September 5, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land located in Glynn County, Georgia and in that certain subdivision known as "VALERIE NORTH SUBDIVISION, PHASE I", prepared by Ralph E. Lackey and Associates Inc. signed by Ralph E. Lackey, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 1635, dared October 23, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior court in Plat Drawer 23, Map No. 0297, AS ALL OF LOT SEVENTEEN (17) VALERIE NORTH SUBDIVISION, PHASE I. Reference is hereby made of said map and plan and the record thereof for all further purposes of identification, location of boundaries and all other purposes allowed by law. Said property is known as 129 Juliette Circle, Brunswick, GA 31525, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
