("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR SILVERTON MORTGAGE SPECIALISTS, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS , dated 05/16/2014, and Recorded on 05/29/2014 as Book No. 3308 and Page No. 233-244, GLYNN County, Georgia records, as last assigned to PACIFIC UNION FINANCIAL, LLC (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $107,066.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the GLYNN County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND IS THAT SECTION THEREOF KNOWN AS BELLE POINT, DESCRIBED AND IDENTIFIED ACCORDING TO THE REVISED MAP AND PLAN OF BELLE POINT EAST SUBDIVISION ENTITLED "SECOND REVISION BELLE POINT EAST", CERTIFIED TO BY JOE BILETZSKOV, GEORGIA REGISTERED SURVEYOR NUMBER 1872 ON APRIL 15, 1977, AND RECORDED MAY 31,1977, IN PLAT DRAWER 15, MAP NUMBER 563, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, (TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR ALL FURTHER PURPOSES OF DESCRIPTION) AS ALL OF LOT NUMBER THIRTEEN (13) IN BLOCK "B', BELLE POINT EAST SUBDIVISION. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. Because the debt remains in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Deed to Secure Debt and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
