NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated October 8, 2004, from Althea Bell to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, recorded on October 21, 2004 in Deed Book 1530 at Page 320, Glynn County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated October 8, 2004, in the amount of $140,600.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Glynn County, Georgia, on September 5, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE 26TH G.M.D., GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IDENTIFIED AS TRACT D, CONTAINING .276 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AND IDENTIFIED ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SURVEY DATED DECEMBER 29, 2003, BY CHARLES W.
