NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Frank S Ruffner Jr. to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. dated 6/30/2003 and recorded in Deed Book 1187 Page 388 Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as Trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 72,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on October 03, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that certain lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, and in the 1356th District, G.M., being described and identified according to the map and plan of Glynn Heights Subdivision, made by C.H. Bliss, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 13, dated November 1953, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Glynn Superior Court as LOT NUMBERED SIXTY-EIGHT (68) OF GLYNN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION in Plat Drawer 3, Map 73. The said lot having dimensions of 70 by 100 feet fronting 70 feet along the westerly line of Mack Street. Reference is hereby made to the said map and plan of the said subdivision and the record thereof for all purposes of description. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
