Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Grant, of Hartwell, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Nicole Grant, to Cameron Bonds, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bonds, of St. Simons Island.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. James W. Grant Jr., both formerly of Atlanta, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John S. Teasley, both formerly of Hartwell.
Miss Grant is a 2011 graduate of Hart County High School. In 2015, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Education degree in communication sciences and disorders, and in 2017, she received her Master of Science in communication sciences and disorders from Armstrong State University. Miss Grant is employed by the Glynn County School System as a speech-language pathologist.
The groom-to-be is the grandson of Betty Bonds of Westlake, Ohio, and the late Albert Cameron bonds, formerly of Westlake, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Anthony J. Celentano, both formerly of Garden City, N.Y.
Mr. Bonds is a 2010 graduate of Glynn Academy, and graduated in 2014 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance. He is the co-owner and operator of Exit 29 Storage in Brunswick.
The wedding is planned for July 8 at the University of Georgia Chapel in Athens.
